I'm a NICU mama and was expected to pump 8 times a day for 20 minutes and breastfeed babe as much as possible on top of pumping while at the hospital. As a result I suffer from oversupply and continued producing way too much milk for a baby that wasn't home with me. When babe finally was discharged he struggled to breastfeed and I had to continue to pump to relieve engorgement. My freezer is packed and I'm exhausted and in pain from pumping, feeling nervous that I wouldn't be able to use all of this frozen milk before it expires. Until I found boobyfood, I was so excited at the thought that I don't have to worry about losing my hard earned breastmilk and babe can use my milk for many years to come, and I get my freezer space back! Although I'm still producing way too much milk I'm thankful for a company that can help preserve it!
