My little one has a condition called Laryngomalacia. He struggled to gain weight, so we had to supplement. However, I kept nursing and pumping in the hopes that eventually, after surgery, we could get back to solely breastfeeding. With the help of a wonderful lactation consultant, we were able to get back to solely breastfeeding after Jett's surgery. Eventually, the time came to wean, but I saved all the milk I pumped to give to Jett for years to come! I am so proud of the work we both put in to this journey, and I'm thankful for this reminder of all of that work!
