I had no intentions of getting a freezer stash. I unfortunately had an oversupply. I say "unfortunate" because for the first 4ish months of my babies life he suffered with reflux like symptoms and I was in pain 90% of the time. So how did I get a stash of milk? We started practicing with a bottle when he was 3 months old. He would take a 4oz bottle and I would pump 8-10oz. At 5 months he started bottle refusing. Here we are months later with no progress. I didn't want the milk I had frozen to go to waste so I decided to freeze dry it. So happy this is an option and in my home province to boot! I work for AHS as an RN so I was thrilled to see you had a Health Canada and AHS stamp of approval.
